Not another movie remake

Yet another movie remake could be on it’s way as plans for the 1981 classic “An American Werewolf in London” have been set in motion. New technology usually brings fresh ideas, but it seems to me that movie makers these days have no imagination and would rather spend millions on piggy backing on old blockbuster movies that were made by producer’s inspired by thier own imagination and the imagination of the writers, making use of the best technology available at the time. It also annoys me when TV shows written by minds with brilliant imagination and made using the best technology of today get cancelled after a short run leaving a string of fans devastated and annoyed at short cut endings because of rushed episodes due to networks pulling the plug early.

Information on cancelled shows and more movie remakes than you can shake a stick at can be found on the IMDb website.
